As a church and registered charity (data controller) we collect and store person data on our members (data subjects) for administrative, pastoral and safeguarding (data processing) reasons. We also retain personal data on individuals (data subjects) we enter into contracts with (data processing). It is our endeavour only to store personal data for as long as is necessary.
